After her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree in the beginning of the 1990s, Naz McSweeney worked in Philadelphia and later moved to New York and started her own company to pursue an international export business. Although Naz believed she was pursuing her dreams -- her scrapbook from her childhood said, "One day I will fly away to a new country to fulfill my dreams." -- she was unhappy, she felt empty and was in denial.

Her hunger for spiritual connection took her on to new paths. She became a Reiki Master, she learned healing with crystals, meditated frequently, took some metaphysical courses and studied Shamanism. But the void she felt was getting bigger. At that time Naz did workshops in New York City called "Live Your Dream, Dream Your Life" based on the Law of Attraction principles. She mentored some people on the Law of Attraction to help them transform their lives. Looking for deeper connections and feeling an ever-growing spiritual hunger, she met her first spirit guide "David" during a meditation. David's lessons were all about love. He taught Naz how to send love to the smallest particles of anything that occupies space. He also gave her assignments on how to channel light and expand it in different parts of the city like the subway. His most important message was, "There is something big coming for you," just before Naz was diagnosed with stage-3 breast cancer.

Immediately after hearing the results from her doctor, she asked David, "Why is this happening to me?" and his answer was, "Because you needed to change, and the change needed to be radical. There is no going back. You are embarking on a new journey. Do not worry. We have something bigger for you." Lost, confused, and frightened Naz took a leap of faith and after her surgery refused western treatments. She went against her doctors wishes and followed her own wisdom to rid herself of the toxins of her past and worked on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels of herself. Today, Naz gives talks about how to take care of the body through nutrition and the importance of giving the body what it needs to have a strong and balanced immune system.

Facing death as a wounded healer, Naz experienced an awakening during her recovery from cancer. Her communication with the other side had deepened and her sight beyond the physical had expanded. The messages came continuously in symbols, images and sometimes in different shapes. She also gained an ability to use smell for healing. During energetic healing, Naz uses her sense of smell to detect the blockages on a client and communicates with the flower world to heal the blockage with flower essences. Friends and family encouraged her to share her gifts with others. One week after making the decision to help others, she met her first client. 

Since 1997 Naz has received training in different techniques in energy healing, healing with crystals, science of the mind, pathwork, and Shamanism. She is an Usui-style Reiki Master, a Ra-Sheeba Master, a Certified Shaman Apprentice, and a Certified Energy Healer by Blue Stone Institute of Healing Arts.

Today she has a practice in New York and Istanbul. She also works with clients by phone. She is a teacher and give workshops on such topics as “Meet Your Spirit Guides”, "9 Faces of Womanhood™" and "Energetic Money Freedom Technique™".
